This is my second time going to this event, once in 2019 and then this year, which was a blast.
I have been lucky enough to be a guest stylist for the ‘Atomic Style Lounge’, on both occasions and it's been such fun, and met so many lovely people from all over the globe.
After being up for 24hrs, we finally got to our hotel room. I unpacked straight away, I unpacked all my outfits and there was no creasing in any of the outfits.
On day 1 of styling I couldn’t wait to wear my outfits from Rock ‘n‘ Romance. So, I decided to wear the tuck-in tie-up ‘Maria Blouse and teamed it with the oh-so-comfy ‘Sophia’ palazzo wide-leg trousers in leopard print.
Traveling to Vegas and to this kind of event, I knew it is all about the outfits. I made myself a matching hair flower and corsage to finish this outfit off.
This outfit was perfect for long-haul travel. It just never creases. So, no ironing when I got to the other side.
For styling all day, again perfect, no restrictions and ever so comfortable, but stylish
So, if you have never been to Vegas and VLV Rockabilly Event, I would certainly put it on your bucket list. It’s such a brilliant event. It’s a crazy place, but this is one event you can go all out with your outfits. Saturday is the car show and the ‘Glamour Ball’, and Glamour is everywhere. It’s like seeing all Hollywood beauties from the 50s in one place. Outfit envy is everywhere.
Day 2 of styling. Wow Friday styling was so busy. The Salon was lucky enough to be situated in the Orleans Hotel where the event takes place.
We were so busy and lots of people coming in taking photos and filming us stylists at work.
So, todays outfit was a fabulous 2 piece called the ‘Lucille’. It’s a dress and bolero set, and I wore the Navy Honolulu & Mustard set. And oh, it is just so pretty.
Day 3 of styling and my third Rock n Romance outfit was the stunning ‘Ayda’ 2-piece Dress and detachable shrug. I wore the Ruby Palm print design.
The 3 buttons on each side held the shrug in the perfect place. Absolutely beautiful and a great fit too.
VLV 26 was everything and more. For anyone that loves Rockabilly, Hot Rods, Shopping, dancing, burlesque, pool parties, and meeting new people, this is the event for you. 4 days of nonstop Rockabilly. What more do you want?
